What is the difference between mounting in the narrow vs wide position?

There is a 16.8mm difference in width between the narrow and wide settings, measuring 55.5mm and 72.3mm respectively. In the narrow setting, you'll have more compliance in the feel of the bar, while the wide setting will provide a firmer, more rigid feeling. It’s all down to personal preference and how you prefer your bike to feel.

Does the DM2 work with the FORM handlebar?

Yes, the DM2 works with our FORM aluminum and carbon handlebars, as well as all AH1 handlebars.

What is the difference between DM1 and DM2?

The DM2 isn’t a direct replacement of the DM1 (much like the ST2 vs ST1), but instead an additional option when looking for a direct mount stem. The DM2 is lighter weight, with the ability to choose either narrow or wide settings.

What type of bolts does the DM2 come with?

The DM2 comes with our titanium bolts, making for a lightweight package coming in at 128g total.

Do I have to pay taxes if I order outside of Canada?

Yes, every country has their own duties and taxes that need to be paid upon delivery. For European customers we do not charge VAT on our website so that will be collected at the door.
