Handlebar clamps to be tightened with equal gaps on top and bottom. All stems have MAX Torque specs etched onto the stem body. Note that MAX torque specs are just that, a maximum rating. For most purposes, 5-6nm should be adequate.

Title nailed it with this stem. Looks great, machined well, and the quality is evident. Really my biggest complaint (and the reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5) is that the U.S. shipping times are kinda absurd. 11 days for a stem is a little crazy. I understand shipping logistics sucks, I use to work in a warehouse but there’s no reason it should’ve taken 11 days in my honest opinion. I’m sure the weather lately didn’t help but I was still disappointed. Regardless, the wait was worth it. I’ve got a great looking stem ready for my new build and I’m very excited about it.
